Our
modular design allows you to create your own
unique system using a few basic components.
The 18" rail
kit includes - one 15" carriage W/fasteners, two 28" rails and
four 6" x 3/4" mounting pins.
Mounting a router is simple, just remove the face plate from the bottom of your router, using it as a template center and drill holes to suit the screws, then countersink the screws and fasten.
Mounting a circular saw is easy with the fasteners that come with the carriages.

Let us know what jobs you have in mind and what tools you plan on mounting and we’ll advise you as to the best setup for your needs. There are three widths of carriages, 7”, 11” and 15”.
Extra carriages Part #'s CR11 ($35) & CR15 ($50). The larger carriages include 4 – 1/4" x 2” carriage bolts with quick release knobs, as well as 4 – 1/4" x 1/2” Allen countersink screws for mounting any saw and a rail lock.
The 15” is the most popular carriage as it is fully universal, for use with all popular circular saws and routers. The carriage is removed and rotated 90 degrees and slide back into the rails to allow you to rip.
