50" Panel Saw & Router Kit We will supply you with all the power tool mounting hardware you need to make your own vertical Panel Saw. The panel saw kit includes; two 68" long rails (aluminum alloy extrusion) , which will give you a 52” crosscut and cross rout capability as well as ripping width. Your kit also comes with four 3/4" x 6" threaded uprights pins, with a 15" carriage. One
carriage size fits all circular saws and routers. The PS150 kit is $200US.
60" Panel Saw & Router Kit This kit is designed for 5'x10' MDF sheets, and includes... two 78" long rails, which will give you a 62” crosscut and cross rout capability as well as ripping, along with four 3/4" x 6" threaded uprights, with two carriage stops and one 15" saw or router carriage.
The
PS160 kit is $230US.
A third rail can be added for $80. This will allow the use of two power tools mounted side by side, for production work, or just easier use. Additional carriages are listed above.
